Mrs. Rania Abdel Fattah Obeid is a STEM education specialist and international educational consultant with a strong track record in advancing innovative learning. She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Dundee, UK, a Professional Doctorate in International School Leadership, and is pursuing a DBA at SBSS. She is a certified STEM TOT trainer by Cambridge (2018) and Nottingham (2023), with additional specialization in Gifted Programs (TPT) and Thinking Practices (TAT). She is also a STEM Team Review Member for Cognia Accreditation and consultant for several educational institutions.
Dr. Rania has delivered keynote presentations at prominent educational events and is licensed as a professional trainer by the Canadian Center for Human Development (2018). Her work has earned multiple prizes, including the Hamdan Prize for the Future Science Challenge 2025, WRO 2023, FLL Junior, Rafed, MOE Aseel 2020, and second place in Creathon Mawhiba 2024.
She currently serves as Director of International Programs at confidential STEM Schools leading global initiatives and contributing to strategic educational development. Dr. Rania also represents the BIEA UK STEM Youth Competition since 2024 and has been a Codeavour ambassador since 2020.
Her leadership and commitment position her as a forward-thinking influencer in the future of STEM education.
